Located in the heart of Portland's historic St. Johns neighborhood, Lombard Street Tattoo is home to a talented team of accomplished artists dedicated to their craft. Our artists bring distinctive perspectives and years of experience to a wide range of tattoo styles, including American traditional, neo-traditional, fine-line, blackwork, illustrative, custom tattooing, and cover-ups.
We believe great tattooing begins with a connection between artist and client. Whether you're considering your first tattoo, adding to an existing collection, or exploring an entirely new idea, we're here to make the experience collaborative, comfortable, and memorable.
